Refunds & returns

30-day return period

Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable products, and selected health or personal-care items may not be returnable. Please contact the office before shipping any item.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, the office will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card-processing times vary.

Damaged items and exchanges

Items are replaced only when defective or damaged. Contact the office promptly and retain the product and packaging.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Consider trackable shipping or insurance for higher-value returns.
